The call was only an effort at expressing how well we felt we were looked after in terms of making a booking, the very competitive rates, the professionalism, and the genuine care with which we and the course attendees were treated. The attention to detail was outstanding, the strict adherence to Public Health Guidelines was totally reassuring and done in a non-intrusive way – with no fuss.
The fact that the whole experience was so positive was made all the more special because it happened during a global pandemic.
