Brian and I had our wedding day on Saturday 14th September in your hotel and we both just wanted to extend our gratitude to you all and all your hard work on the day. To you all at hotel kilkenny – from the front desk to the room service and all in between- we can not thank you enough. From very early on we knew we had picked the right location and venue- any time we visited your beautiful hotel we were always greeted with a warm smile and friendly face. Throughout the whole weekend of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and so well- down from the service, the food, the atmosphere- it was just amazing and that is down to you guys at the Hotel- We want to especially thank Joanne, David, Ross, June and John (Front desk) for all you did on the day and throughout the weekend. All guests commented on how beautiful the hotel was, how the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was just perfect. Special thanks to all in the kitchen and the chefs – you really out done yourselves – all guests were raving about the food- how quick it was dished out, thanks to the servers, how tasty it was and how much choice we had, thanks to the chefs! One guest who was very badly coeliac – said to us that he never in his life was a wedding or event that had so much choice. Another guest who had two young kids commented on how the server staff were so helpful and so good in helping her with the kids at the meal. All of this made us feel so looked after and listened to so we just want to extend our thanks to you all.
We also want to thank you for the Monart Spa stay- we went on the Wednesday afterwards and by god did we need it. It was just out of this world – it was absolutely beautiful !! So our many many thanks for this complimentary stay.
We really can’t thank you enough – It really was the dream come true wedding. We were absolutely blessed with the weather and got our wish to have an outdoor ceremony. It really was everything we asked and more so we can’t thank you enough!! It is definitely a day we will never forget. All guests were raving about how beautiful the hotel was and the staff and food and how lovely and friendly the ladies in reservations were. They also commented on how the rooms were immaculate and comfortable.
